Just ignore those people, Tia. Apparently their choice of therapy is to
take out their frustrations on innocent bystanders.

In om,
tia stated

| well, im doing all i can to eat something, and its getting better. i
| dont appreciate the therapy comments, but /shrug. whatever. i kinda
| wanted to come here for some advice on low carb. if you want to be

I just bought 2 boxes- free shipping. A margarita is someinthg I missed. I
like the idea of keeping the packets in my purse. I could even put one in a
greeting card and say Cheers!

still...No alcohol till vacation or special occasions.

Tia,

Yesterday in the Houston Chronicle there was an article about a low
carb margarita mixer that might interest you called Zilch. I bought
some yesterday and can't wait to try it. Here's where the story is:

I thought you might be interested too.

10 years of antidepressants explains a lot. Good luck to you. You
have too many issues that have absolutely nothing to do with
low-carbing that will negatively affect your ability to perform
same.

Antidepressants are a type of medication, like an antibiotic or
antiemetic or antipyretic.
Taking or requiring them doesn't mean the person is a lost cause by
any means.
Illnesses that exhibit themselves in behavioral symptoms are still
illnesses. They aren't character flaws.

well i appreciate your understanding. i only needed the pills for a short
time, but the withdrawl symptoms were terrible so i stayed on them, while
only on a low dose, just to abate the withdrawl. eventually i had enough
nerve and the time off from work to suffer it out and quit it completely.
my husband was a big factor in my ability to do that. either way, thanks

well, we're home now and the hospital thing is done. i still havent gotten
around to getting a drink because the entire situation isnt over yet, but i
do appreciate the concern. i was thinking ahead for what i wanted when i
really had the inclination so i didnt have to sit and research it then. i
guess i can see how you'd get that id want to drink myself out of my mind
from how it was written.

well i did listen and i suppose i'm better off. we're going to get through
things i'm sure, still can't relax tho. this year has to get better.....
