Induction question
How long before any of you noticed a real weight loss after starting
induction. I realize that all people are different. I am just trying to get an average. I started a little over a week ago and have yet to lose a pound. I have been really counting my carbs as per the program but not my calories. I am not really "pigging" out. Once I lost almost 60lbs on a lowfat WOE and did not see any inital loss for almost a month. TIA Jim |

Hi Jim, You might want to count your calories just to make sure you're getting enough but not too many. http://www.fitday.com As I just said in another post there's no magic in a low carb WOE. You still have to eat fewer calories than you burn to lose weight. Most people feel less hungry on low carb and eat fewer naturally. To answer your question I believe I saw a scale loss starting the second day. -- Jeri 265/189/120 Atkins since 11/5/01 "Whether you think you can or think you can't, you're right." |
