Default Exercise Question???

Hi all,

I was wondering when is the best time to workout morning or evening? I've
been doing Taebo 30 minutes a day for a few months now but I'd like to focus
on my abs & manybe do some weights. Have any suggestions?

Thanks a bunch, I'm new to all this workout stuff.
