Thank you, Em and Nancy. I haven't resubscribed to the group yet, but
I think that will happen fairly soon (posting from Google).

First, I'd like to apologize to Revek for over-reacting to her post.
She cares about me (in the group, in e-mail, and on the phone), and
meant no harm. I was a couple hours late on my meds when I read her
post, and took virtually everything as an attack. I was wrong. I've
been running a little manic for over a week, and paranoia is part of
that joyous state.

Until yesterday (Wednesday), I haven't been low-carbing for some time.
I'll never make this month's Challenge of 206, but I've already won,
because I'm back on track. 206 is just a number. I've regained the
state of mind I need in order to live a healthier life.

You're all such good friends and supporters, and I appreciate everyone
a lot. I'll be back, just not right now. Goin' through some tough
times.

Carol

I don't know that it was a mistake. You have a problem that you're
working on. It's not your fault - and if people treat you differently
because of it, that's their problem. I know it feels like a

mistake...
and maybe, from the point of view that, if you're not in a place where
you can stand up to the fallout from the jerks, it is - but know that
there are still people here who care about you, and who are keeping

you
in their thoughts. Including me, despite my own issues.

(Which is to say, I'm crazy, but they won't give me anything for it.

:-)

Nancy Howells (don't forget to switch it, and replace the to send

mail).

Carol, one of the things I like so much about you is that you're so open

and
honest. You tell it like it is and there's nothing wrong with that. You

are
a real person with real problems. Like everyone else you don't have all

the
answers but darn it, you work hard to find answers and I respect that.

I
also like the fact that you cheer everyone on, even when you're having
problems yourself. If anyone has put you down for coming in here and
telling the truth, Nancy is right...that's their problem. You keep up

your
good work and don't let anyone get you down! I wish I could give you a

real
hug but I'm about 4,000 miles away so this will have to
do...{{{{{{{{{{Carol}}}}}}}}}

Right on Carol! Better to have a few extra pounds on you and be in a healthy
state of mind than to weigh less and not be. Your body is important, but not
much good without your mind. You take care of what's up top first, then worry
about the rest. Good luck!
