Most veggies are low cal - carrots have more sugar/calories, but you'd still have to eat alot of them to have a calorie surplus. And instead of dipping in ranch, buy some fat free sour cream and mix some onion soup mix or powdered ranch into it for a low cal snack... det |

Thanks - Joe Air popped corn is low in calories, but watch the addition of butter and salt and like i said don't look to snack continually. try to lessen total involvement with food. That would work - and Molly McButter tastes pretty good on popcorn. |

Snacking
Joe, you seem to looking for "miracle" foods that you can eat without
thought to calories or weight gain. In a sensible day to day eating plan, there are no such miracle foods. Find your average daily intake, plan the right combo of protein, carbs, and fat, work up a decent exercise plan, and then do it. For the rest of your life. There are no quick fixes or miracle foods. If there are certain snack foods you really like, work them into your eating plan on a moderate basis. Melissa "Joe3000" *o*m wrote in message ...
