1 year anniversary pics!
My gym has the Precor EFX546 (http://www.epinions.com/content_78594608772).
They just got 14 in 2 weeks ago and it is AWESOME... I did an hour of intervals on it yesterday and felt great after. It is a shame that it is so big and expensive.... I tend to run more often than other things, but I really like the Precor. I think I'm going to do it more for a while, because Ahmed would like me to back off on running until after the National Masters next month. Chris |

It's the same movement over and over again. I prefer the treadmill, although having a treadmill at home would take up my whole apartment. : ) I haven't been going to the gym as often as usual because of skiing, but when I do, I've been getting in 1-2 miles of running on the treadmill. As far as exercise goes, I do 1-1.5hr elliptical + some pushups and incline situps every day. And every other day I add to that some weight training which consists of deadlifts, bench presses and various dumbell work. I guess I should go get a checkup and see what my cholestrol and blood pressure readings are, the last time I saw the doctor was maybe 4-5 years ago, and honestly speaking, doctors scare me, heh.
