1 week update for me
Well, last week I was 254 lbs and today I am down to 151.6. I have been
drinking a lots of water, that really keeps you full. Now, I will be going for my 1 hour walk around the lake. I must say that seeing my kids to eat things I don't need, it is very tempting to grab too. I am not very strong, when my little one brings me a candy to share with, but I must say that my results on the scale makes me more encouraging to limit myself. Bridget 275/251.6/170 |

Yeah sorry. I use to be 275 lbs (6 months ago) and then stopped at
254.. that was last week and today I am at 251.6.
