Food & Exercise -- 5/11/2005
Food:
* 8:15 (home): 1 carton light f/f blueberry yogurt w/ 30g All Bran * 10:30 (work, brought from home): Tootsie Pop (I wanted one of these as a prop for a photo, and could only find them by the bag :-) .) * 12:15 (work, brought from home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, a bunch of veggie chunks, 1/2 cup mandarin orange slices, 111g grilled chicken breast, 3 tbsp f/f balsamic vinaigrette * 1:00 (work, brought from home): another Tootsie Pop * 4:00 (work, from my stash there): energy bar * 7:45 (home): 7 oz. Healthy Choice smoked sausage; artichoke (dipped in balsamic vinaigrette, not melted butter :-) ) * 11:00 (home -- planned): snack-size peanut butter cup Totals: 1212 calories, 25g fat (18%), 163g carbs (54%), 88g protein (29%) Exercise: 1:00 -- 3 mile brisk walk (gym day off) Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
