Hey, I'm under no obligation to educate every moron who thinks he/she/it has
figured out why what he/she/it is currently doing works and why what others
are doing doesn't. If you want to spend your time doing it, fine. Turn
your computer on and attempt to educate a moron who already knows
everything.

BTW, I enjoy hurling insults....

Sure it does. He's got a plan that working for him, why does he need to
come in here and tell us that what we're doing is a fad and is bound to
failure? Answer: trolling.

the books, eat from the menus and have success stories of a decade or so.

Let's see, I read Atkins' original and New Diet Revolution, The Eades'
"Protein Power", The Hellers' "Carbohydrate Addicts Diet", Ray Audette's
"Neanderthin", and a couple I don't recall the titles of.

I made up my own menus, and made my own success, but I'm not interested
in writing success stories. It hasn't been a decade yet, but 7 years
lowcarbing, 5 years of that being maintenance. I think Lynne Axiak
has maintained her ~180 pound lowcarb loss pretty close to a decade.

168/125/125 LC since 2/18/97 maintaining since 3/17/99

You can talk once you've followed your plan and have acheived success for a
decade or so. If you think your plan is some guarantee of long-term
success, you're more of an idiot than I imagined.

I'm in my 8th year below my goal weight of 160. I have no doubt I will
make the decade below that number. Whether I can build 5 pounds of
muscle in those same two years to reach the goal weight is questionable
at the rate I’m going.
