You can talk once you've followed your plan and have acheived success for a decade or so. If you think your plan is some guarantee of long-term success, you're more of an idiot than I imagined. I'm in my 8th year below my goal weight of 160. I have no doubt I will make the decade below that number. Whether I can build 5 pounds of muscle in those same two years to reach the goal weight is questionable at the rate I’m going. |
