My challenge for today is to eat a big salad for dinner. We are going out to

Well, today all I had in the way of veggies was my lunchtime salad,
but I figure it probably counts for my goal of two daily veggies, as it had lots of them (greens, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, grape tomatoes, baby corn, peas, celery, mushrooms). (And I did have dill pickles and catsup on my turkey burger tonight :-) .) Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
