What and how much are you eating? What types of exercise are you getting and how often? To give you tips people have to know what you're already doing. I will tell you that the fewer pounds you have to lose the slower it's going to come off. But the name of the game is losing it for good and getting healthier in the process so let us know what you're doing now and we can give you tips on what to change and how to change it. -- Jeri "Change is inevitable, except from vending machines." |

Or you can keep hoping to become lucky enough to use some other method. Good luck with that. Dally 244/166/155 |

I'm new to this, so I may be wrong - hopefully others will correct any bad advice I offer! It seems the best thing to do, IMHO, is accurately and honestly log *all* food and drinks and their calorific value as well as all exercise and it's calorific expenditure. If you then reduce the net calorific daily total by, say, 500 calories, you should see a loss of around 1lb per week or so. HTH |

You nead to USE that gym membership. Everyday if possible. I know its hard to find the time and motivation, we all have jobs, school, kids, whatever but you really do need to make some time for it. Take my word for it, the more you go the more you'll want to and the easier it will become to make the time to do it. |
