how to caculate calories
If a female whose weight is 155 pounds, her height is 5 foot 5 inche.
She likes to lose weight 5 pounds a week. How to caculate the daily calories intake. Becasue she has knee problem, she can only exerices 400-500 calories per day. Thank you. |
