Healthy Food Costs
We all know that healthy food is not the cheapest, so why don't you
try it out for free first! You can also get coupons for all of your favorite health food brands. Here is the site: http://tinyurl.com/2fq3pe Regards, Tree |

The best food is in fact the cheapest....oatmeal is 6 cents per serving, a potato costs almost nothing, and brown rice is even less. You can make a huge salad for a dollar or so using fresh vegetables, and wash it all down with water which is basically free....or you can feed the grain to animals, pay 10 times that amount and eat probably a lot less healthy, or fry the potato and sell 2 cents worth of potato for $1.59 and make it a lot less healthy. Eating healthy is cheap...perhaps a little boring, but cheap. dkw |
