Food & Exercise -- 1/7/2006
Ran to the winery today, and DH met me there for a wine & cheese meal
(and to sign some partnership documents), then drove me home. Food: * 7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted f/f cheese & 10g grated asiago * 1:00 (winery): 12 oz. wine (a lot, rather :-) ); 1 oz. toasted pita chips w/ 1/8 cup hummus; 6 multigrain crackers w/ 2 oz. Boursin cheese * 7: 30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup * 10:30 (home -- planned): 2 clementines Totals: 1557 (208 from alcohol), 56g fat (32%), 117g carbs (30%), 95g protein (24%) Exercise: 12:00 -- 5 mile hilly run Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
