down 2 to 201

SWWC wasn't the most successful for me. I started at 205 and lost 4
pounds overall to 201. But 201 is my lowest weight for years and I
think I'm back on track again (famous last words).

The next problems for me are the holiday coming up, and the fact that
christmas stuff has started appearing in the shops already.

Thanks so much Anna for doing the challenge. It certainly helped in
the last three weeks to try to actually lose SOMETHING overall. All
your hard work is appreciated. Hope you get your illness and computer
gremlins under control soon.

It might not be a huge loss, but it 's 4 pounds you 'll never see again, so
congrats for that!

Weigh to go, Ray! Congratulations on losing those 2 pounds. I don't think
the idea of the challenge is to worry about succeeding but to focus your
mind on losing and that worked. Success is just an added bonus but not
really necessary as you are a success if you lose anything at all.

You may not have reached your SWWC goal, but being at your lowest
weight in years sounds like a most excellent accomplishment. Please
don't let anything overshadow your success. Despite your downs and ups
and downs, your motivation has carried you through. You haven't quit,
which means you haven't failed.

That's all positive stuff Ray. You'll be in Onederland one of these
days, very soon I'd say. Good for you :-)
