Default another dissapointment

i went sat and gained so much i don't even want to write it down... am not
getting the journalling done, am makeing a bit better choices, but still not
the best, we will se how it goes on sat, Lee

It's easy to let a lot of time go by without journaling and weigh-ins.
In fact, a couple of years could easily slip by! So I hope you get
back into journaling, etc., even if they are bad things you are
journaling. At least you will be conscious of what is going on!

partly its because i am a bit stress, and partly because i don't feel well,
but mostly because BOTH computers were having issues, now one is fixed and
one is close to death, thanks for reading, Lee
