Help! I need to get on a diet but need help with it!

Hi All! I'm trying so hard to lose weight. But food is just so good! Especially pepperoni pizza, macoroni and cheese, chicken, spicy shrimp, etc. I can't stay on a diet no longer than 2 days... I wonder if there is a diet I could do instead of not eating junk food at all, I mean, is there a way I can still eat this food and continue to do the diet but eat small quantities of the food. Because I get so sick of salads and fruits all the time, I like to eat meat and starches. Is there anything I could eat that's delicious? Oh, I don't know what to do.. I need to lose weight because I'm getting fatter and fatter. I am 219 pounds and only 5'2! I can't fit my pants anymore... now I have to walk around with my belly popped out and my zipper and pants unbuttoned. Please help..someone.. ~Stacy |
