Default fatter than ever before

Hi,

I was on the low carb diet but failed to keep up. Too much peer pressure to eat along. The weight just came back so fast. It did seem to work well for me though. I might start again but I think my body was really shocked and is putting on extra reserves. My cravings for food never seem to stop. I did manage to exercise more during the low carb diet but gave that up as well. I need some good motivational talk to get me going again.

Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch.

Thomas (m/31)

Get started again, and if need be, again, and again, and again. Good
luck.
