ya I was reading the back of one of the brands I get here.....5 grams
of carbs and 5 grams of fiber so that cancels the carbs out on the seeds. That's for 1/4 cup of seeds. On Wed, 11 Feb 2004 03:27:12 GMT, "Lorelei" wrote: "Crafting Mom" wrote in message ... I'm not on Induction anymore but I keep my carbs between 30 and 40 grams a day. I just got too fatigued staying on Induction levels for some weird reason. I add a tablespoon of raw (not roasted) sunflower seeds daily to my salad or to my veggies. I also have flaxseed cereal in the mornings. |

5 grams

I too get 3 grams net carbs for 1/4 cup. I have checked 9 brands and they
are all the same, but then sunflower seeds are sunflower seeds no matter what brand you buy. "Jean M." wrote in message ...
