What do you propose to do?

Actually, asshole, I propose that I not get seriously ill. If I do get
seriously ill, and say, need a specialist, I intend to remain in
control of my treatment, the drugs prescribed, etc., not the doctor.

But feel free to let *your* doctors run your life!
