Going Nuts.
Someone help: I just don't know what to do anymore!
I've tried Core. I've tried Flex. I've tried Core choices using a Flex measuring system. I've tried eating all my points. I've tried eating none of my points. I've tried working out. I've changed my work out. I've tried not working out. I've tried cardio. I've tried weights. I've asked my leaders for advice (they tell me to wait it out). I'm not losing any weight. It's been a month. I have, give or take, 6 lbs to lose. I expected it to come off slowly. I did not expect it to come off THIS slowly. Suggestions. Please. Anyone. and if you don't have suggestions, mind telling me where I can get a bottle of Ephedra? |

Double check your point values, make sure you count EVERYTHING, every bite
lick and taste, look at your food choices. little things, like the cream in your coffee, iced tea... somehow somewhere you're either taking in more than you think, or you're burning less than you think. All you can do is look at it until you figure it out. Talk to your doctor.. Will~ wrote in message oups.com... Someone help: I just don't know what to do anymore! I've tried Core. I've tried Flex. If the last line wasn't a joke, Ephedra can have worse side effects than the need to lose 6 pounds. If this post is sincere, stick to a plan and be faithful for at least two months or more. Are you taking any medication? You need to analyze what you eat. For example twenty points of mostly processed food may have too much sodium and hamper weight loss. I've had months where I had no loss but the weight will come off. Audrey |

All you can do is look at it until you figure it out. And I'll add that whatever you try, make sure you try it for *more* than one week in a row. It might take that first week for your body to adjust. If you've managed to try all those things in one month.. four weeks.. you've been changing things up *way* too fast. For two weeks, eat all your points. And like Will said, make sure you count *everything*. If that doesn't work, for the next two weeks cut back on your flex points (say, use 20 instead of 35). But don't just try changing things all over the place, that won't work at all. -Tay |

wait it out is the right advice, you might want to see your doctor or get a
body fat measure, and see if you are already there. I am sorry, I was within 5 pounds of my goal and have gained a bit back, still doing everything as I should but traveling makes me gain and I lose much slower than I gain. I figure it this way... if I weren't counting points I would have been gaining all this time and would be well over 300 pounds now so I am fine with the slowness, best of luck, Lee wrote in message oups.com...
