Default Best Calorie Counter Book?

Searching for a newer version, complete and thorough calorie, protein and
fat counter book.

I just ordered one used from Amazon, the price was right so I thought I'd
give it a try, it is "Collins Gen: Calorie Counter". We'll see if it is
what I have in mind for a good book. Anyone have this one?

Anyone have a really good one they use?
