Default Food TV Network - Low Carb and Loving It Show

Food TV now has a low carb cooking show. Just saw an episode and it's
definitely worth watching. The cook used to be 470 lbs before he
started LC himself.

Showed about 6 different dishes, including LC pizza made with soy
flour crust, fettucini alfredo made with spaghetti squash, cannoli
type desert, fruit cup desert, etc.

Aside from the recipes, I think it was great from the standpoint of
showing what a great variety of foods one can eat on LC, as opposed to
the usual pics of steak, bacon, etc.

An interesting side note. One of the main advertisers during the show
was the American Heart Association, which really surprised me. Either
they didn't check out what they were doing, or else they must have had
a major shift in thought. It'll be interesting to see if they
continue to sponsor a show that features things like cheese laden
pizza and alfredo sauce.

You can check out the show and recipes at www.foodtv.com
