I am normally no supporter of "low carb" fakey bakey crap, however, there
is one thing I really miss being able to use- Hamburger Helper. Now I'm
not saying I wish they had one with low carb noodles, I just wish there was
SOME kind of lowcarb, one skillet boxed thing that I could add hamburger to
and make dinner for my family, really fast.

Have you seen these?

Ridiculously expensive and probably doesn't taste good, but you could add
hamburger to it and have something *kind of* like Hamburger Helper.

There totally is. It's called frozen stir-fry vegetables. I use this
stuff all the time with all different sorts of meat.

I understand. I sometimes have time to cook, but I hate chopping stuff.
Bagged salads and frozen stir-fry, that's the ticket for me. Frozen shrimp
are good, they thaw fast and they cook fast.

I'd like a low carb taco meat packet. It's not hard to make yourself, but
it takes quite a bit of spices/herbs.

Andi,

Pudding is easy. Heat up two ounces of cream cheese with two tablespoons of
cream, stirring all the time and sweeten with the DaVinci sugar free syrup
of your choice. You can also sweeten it with plain Splenda. Stir in a
half a block of baker's chocolate for the chocolate flavor pudding.

It might be interesting to try making a beef and macaroni type dish
with LC pasta. The best pasta I've found so far is Bella Vista, which
is really the only one even edible. If you mixed this up with some
beef, tomatoes, etc, it might be OK. Not real low carb, but it would
be ok for those in the later stages of LC. I'm gonna try it myself.
