Default Shrink 2" Every 6 Days!!

There is an amino acid that works like a diet pill! You can
successfully shrink 2 inches every 6 days by eating foods rich in the
amino acid, leucine or by supplementing your diet with leucine.

When people consume at least 3,200 mg. of leucine every day (or at
least 100 grams of leucine-rich protein), they double their weight
loss, according to UCLA researchers. Unfortunately, the best natural
sources of leucine happen to be from animals and are high in saturated
fat.

A better way to get all of leucine's proven benefits is to drink a
high-quality protein shake each day in place of meals. Then eat
sensibly for the other meals. According to studies at the University

Two inches, is that height or circumference. If it's your waist measurement
someone with a 40 inch waist could completely disappear in about four
months.

What's unfortunate about that?


In fact, it's great. We low carbers should be getting all that great
Leucine, so we should be losing 2" (I assume in waist circumference?)
every 6 days.

Hey it works great!

I tried and I lost two inches off my waist everyday. Trouble is I forgot to
stop and now can't find my damn hips and legs.
