If you posted this before, sorry, I missed it. Marsha/Ohio That's relatively young. Do you have a family history of coronary disease at a young age? I'm sure you've heard all of this before, but keep on losing weight as best you can and if you smoke, stop immediately. That's the worst thing you can do for your heart. If you're diabetic and/or hypertensive, control it. I hate to preach, but you definitely don't want to advance to open-heart surgery. Good luck ! Marsha/Ohio |

I smoked most of my life...started at about 15 years old and quit Feb 2004. 6 months later started having chest ,throat ,jaw pain. Went to ER had to have 2 stents put in. They said i wouldn't have had a heart attack but would have died if those major arteries had stopped up....Only about 35 pounds over my ideal weight so not that far away i hope. I have lost about 20 pounds in a couple or 3 months....i'll lose weight or die trying. Looking to find a good (female) friend.....thanks...Stan Stan wrote: I turned 53 June 25th...Stan Marsha wrote: Stan wrote: Last summer i got way to big not eating right and not exercising.
