Last summer i got way to big not eating right and not exercising.
Starting having chest pains. Went to the emergency room ,had 2 major
arteries 85% and 90% blocked and my sugar was over 400. They put 2
stents in and said i would have died if they stopped up. I started
walking but not enough to lose the weight i wanted. Well in May this
year i started walking a lot more .
Last summer i had a spot on my chest about 3/8" dia. that was red and
raw and would not get well no matter what i did for it, had what
looked like small veins round it. I started Atkins about a week ago
and now it is nearly well. Praise The Lord!! My daughter who is going
to school to be an R.N. said protein and vitamin "C" promotes
healing...learn something everyday....thanks for listening guys..Stan P.

How old are you, Stan? If you posted this before, sorry, I missed it.

That's relatively young. Do you have a family
history of coronary disease at a young age? I'm
sure you've heard all of this before, but keep on
losing weight as best you can and if you smoke,
stop immediately. That's the worst thing you can
do for your heart. If you're diabetic and/or
hypertensive, control it. I hate to preach, but
you definitely don't want to advance to open-heart
surgery. Good luck !

I smoked most of my life...started at about 15 years old and quit Feb
2004. 6 months later started having chest ,throat ,jaw pain. Went to ER
had to have 2 stents put in. They said i wouldn't have had a heart
attack but would have died if those major arteries had stopped
up....Only about 35 pounds over my ideal weight so not that far away i
hope. I have lost about 20 pounds in a couple or 3 months....i'll lose
weight or die trying. Looking to find a good (female)
friend.....thanks...Stan
