Have you noticed that you experience the nausea when eating any particular
food? This hasn't happened to me on LC but it sounds like a food
intolerance.

"back" on? The answer is simple - by never going off in
the first place. You do know that no matter what plan
you attempt, if you quit you'll gain all of the weight
back, right? So the only plan that ever works is the one
you can stay on forever.

Nausea is unusual but not rare in the first two weeks.
Then it goes away. Be anyware from 3 weeks to 3 decades
in, and it is handled.

Either you're not drinking enough water, or you're emotionally messed up.

Could you be eating too much greasy food? I've had it happen - I think it
was mostly because I have a hiatal hernia and an ulcer. Now I just try to be
more careful. It does happen if I go with too little food too. Maybe you too
have some stomach issues.

Drink some hot black tea, it will settle your stomach. Peppermint tea is
nice too.
Iced will not work as well, but can help.

Nausea? Hmmmm. I havent experienced that. I wonder....if maybe
beginning LCing....gives you nausea because you dont make enough
digestive enzymes to effeciently digest the protein?

You might try taking some enzyme supplements with your meals and see if
that makes a difference.
