I was thinking that he might need enzymes too, but more for the added fat.
Most people who diet do so by lowering their fat intake. Then they switch
to LC and the fat suddenly goes way up, compared to their old diet, and
maybe their systems aren't used to it?

Be careful with charcoal. It works but also absorbs a lot of the nutrients
in your digestive system so they go right through you.

Although it wouldn't help for nausea, psyllium fibre does too.

Well,

I think this guy is a troll.

However, I have heard of low carbers whose body has adjusted to needing
smaller amounts of food, but they force-feed themselves the volume they were
previously used to eating. The result can be nausea, as the next step
beyond feeling stuffed.
