I was thinking that he might need enzymes too, but more for the added fat.
Most people who diet do so by lowering their fat intake. Then they switch to LC and the fat suddenly goes way up, compared to their old diet, and maybe their systems aren't used to it? on Wed, 13 Jul 2005 13:42:25 -0400, (Lass Chance) wrote: Nausea? Hmmmm. I havent experienced that. I wonder....if maybe beginning LCing....gives you nausea because you dont make enough digestive enzymes to effeciently digest the protein? You might try taking some enzyme supplements with your meals and see if that makes a difference. ----- Bev |

Be careful with charcoal. It works but also absorbs a lot of the nutrients
in your digestive system so they go right through you. on Wed, 13 Jul 2005 18:39:37 -0400, "metoo" wrote: charcoal capsules and seltzer or club soda. ----- Bev |

Although it wouldn't help for nausea, psyllium fibre does too.

Well,
I think this guy is a troll. However, I have heard of low carbers whose body has adjusted to needing smaller amounts of food, but they force-feed themselves the volume they were previously used to eating. The result can be nausea, as the next step beyond feeling stuffed. "Dirk Diggler" wrote in message ... how can i lessen the nausea i experience when i go back on the lc diet? BOOGIE ON! |
