Shut up and lift... grins
Yes ma'am actualy I did right after I got done posting.. the only thing I
did not do was the chin ups between chairs.. Why? because I dont think I do
them right as I dont feel it.

And why wear socks?
I never do.

I have sore spots from my shoes rubbing on sockless days.. hurts too much
there to go without.. even my sandles are hitting the spot.. I will wear um
without when the spots heal.

And our gym is air conditioned and actually comfy
if I go between 7 amd 9 am. Not so many sweaty
bodies in there that time of morning.

I am not in a gym yet.. my apartment is not air conditioned.. I need to
convince DH that a gym membership is vital.. he wont buy that until I prove
that I will work out everyday WITHOUT the membership.. If nothing else My
MIL said when I lose 100# she will give me $100 That will either go
towards new cloths or the gym

(ps I was gonna spell check this but the button isnt working :-/ )

They have an assisted chin up/dip machine at our gym. :-)
I've not started using it yet, but I should!

Ow!
Might need different shoes?

I wear "Earth Shoes" and also go barefoot as much as possible. :-)

My toenails tend to rip the ends out of socks!

And you are so right! Now that I'm down by almost 50 lbs.,
I'll haul a 50 lb. sack of poultry feed over my shoulder
to the back yard, and ask myself, damn, I was hauling this
much extra weight around routinely??????

I've lost at least 59lbs, I can move a 40lb bag of cat litter from the stack
to a flatbed at Sam's and then move it to the trunk of the car, there is no
way I can carry it more than a couple of feet. I guess the only reason I
could get out of bed before was because the 59lbs was spread more evenly
over my body.

True...

But, if you are having that much trouble moving a 40 lb. bag/bucket of
cat litter, you really need to get your tail to the gym and build up
some strength! :-o

Cheers!
