Default Cholesterol & Non-Fat Cheese Question

Hello,

I have a pretty high Cholesterol level but like cheese on sandwiches
etc.

If the package of non-fat cheese says no cholesterol and no sat or
trans fat, does that mean that I can safely eat a lot of the cheese
without worrying about my cholesterol?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cholesterol in the blood is very poorly correlated with cholesterol
in the food. Cholesterol in the blood is only correlated with
saturated fat in the food for folks on high carb plans. So if you
are low fatting then lower saturated fat does mean lower
cholesterol.

Don't think that means "a lot" whatever a lot means. There's no
such thing as a free food. Eat it without fear, but eat it in
sensible portions.
