Core Foods Quick Start Shopping List
There are a lot of great foods on the Core Food List, but where do you begin
at the grocery store? Stock up on these basics and you'll be a Core Plan pro
in no time.

Fresh fruits, such as:
Apples
Avocado
Bananas
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Grapefruit
Grapes
Oranges

Fresh vegetables, such as:
Asparagus
Broccoli
Corn
Potatoes
Salad greens
Spinach
Tomatoes
Yams

Meat Case:
Canadian-style bacon
Chicken (remove skin)
Flank steak
Ground beef with no more than 7% fat
Ground turkey breast
Ham, lean
Pork loin chops, center cut
Tenderloin roast

Dairy case:
Eggs
Fat-free cottage cheese
Fat-free milk or soy milk
Fat-free plain yogurt
Fat-free sour cream
Tofu

Fish:
Salmon
Sole
Tuna steak
