Today I weighed in at 149 lbs. :-). While it's only one pound less
than I was, breaking 150 seems like a big deal. I have not weighed
under 150 since I was in my 20s (and I'm 56 now). I'm very pleased
with myself :-).

He he, we will have to tie weights to your feet so you don't blow away
in the wind.

You should be! You have dedicated yourself to this project and seemingly
accomplished it without much angst or bloodshed.

I salute you. S

Way to go!
Are you pretty happy at where you are at now or do you want to lose more?

I'm very happy with where I am now. My goal range is 145-150, so I'm
in it. I do have in mind to get down to 145 and then allow myself a
little float within that range, particularly because I want to
continue adding muscle. But I am, in effect, at goal.

I am now generally wearing a size 10 but buying an increasing number
of 8s as well. I don't expect to get to be an 8 in everything, but it
amazes me that I can wear them at all. And many of the knit tops I
buy are now size Small (though I wear up to a Large in some brands);
I'm broad in the shoulders but from below my breasts to the start of
my hips, so some bigger tops are just too baggy in the bottom half.

I'm still getting used to being this size. Sometimes I catch a
glimpse of myself in a mirror and almost don't recognize myself. It's
very weird. I wonder how long it takes to get your self-image to
match your actual appearance?
