149!
Today I weighed in at 149 lbs. :-). While it's only one pound less
than I was, breaking 150 seems like a big deal. I have not weighed under 150 since I was in my 20s (and I'm 56 now). I'm very pleased with myself :-). Chris 262/149/ (145-150) |

Are you pretty happy at where you are at now or do you want to lose more? "Chris Braun" wrote in message ... Today I weighed in at 149 lbs. :-). Chris 262/149/ (145-150) I'm very happy with where I am now. My goal range is 145-150, so I'm in it. I do have in mind to get down to 145 and then allow myself a little float within that range, particularly because I want to continue adding muscle. But I am, in effect, at goal. I am now generally wearing a size 10 but buying an increasing number of 8s as well. I don't expect to get to be an 8 in everything, but it amazes me that I can wear them at all. And many of the knit tops I buy are now size Small (though I wear up to a Large in some brands); I'm broad in the shoulders but from below my breasts to the start of my hips, so some bigger tops are just too baggy in the bottom half. I'm still getting used to being this size. Sometimes I catch a glimpse of myself in a mirror and almost don't recognize myself. It's very weird. I wonder how long it takes to get your self-image to match your actual appearance? Chris 262/149/ (145-150) |
