Default protein powder reccommendations?

I've seen this question posted over at mfw several times, but I'm not
looking for mass quantities of protein for as little as possible. I want
something that tastes really really good. Of course, I'm looking for low
carb low cal.

I'm even considering meal replacement powders, because I really like kashi
vanilla mrp. Cost is not nearly so much an object as flavor.

Why would you do this? If you are low carb why do you want
more protein? Sounds like coals to Newcastle.

Many people on lowcarb use protein powders. We use them to make
protein shakes.

I use this one called 'To Diet For'. It tastes great and has about 2
carbs per serving.

Low carb dieters eat more protein.... I liked the Atkins premixed cans. You
can get a big case of them at Sam's.

If I am eating low carb, then I have to eat either more protein or more fat.
I happen to be on a heavy lifting routine 3 x per week, so more protein is
the logical answer. duh.
