Default How do you prep for WW WI Day....

Out of curiosity, how do some of you fellow WW'ers prep for Weigh-In day?

AS for me...

I go to an evening meeting, so I have to strategize carefully.

1. I don't use any Flex Points the day before;

2. I watch my carb foods the day before and the day of. I'll go with higher
proteins and lite veggies;

3. I'll go to the gym at 6:30 that morning for my usual 3X/week workout
combo of Cardio & Weight Training;

4. I'll eat a lite breakfast primarily of Protein and Juice at 8am and have
a cup of Super Dieter's Tea at 9am;

5. Enjoy a Lite Lunch by 1pm-no more intake until the meeting- and make sure
I don't intake more than half of my Daily Points by this time;

6. The Dieter's Tea kicks in around 3-4pm like clockwork.

7. I head to my 6:15pm meeting wearing the same clothes each week with socks
on...never weigh with shoes on or things in my pockets. Ideally, it's a
"dress down" moment where I am as light as possible while still
having clothes on.

8. Once I weight, I proceed to RIP open my 1 POINT WW Chocolate Caramel bar
and enjoy the meeting....while planning out my dinner rampage that usually
allows me to celebrate my loss and use a good amount of FLEX Points along
with the daily POINTS I haven't eaten yet. Still OP though!

So, how about y'all?

Default How do you prep for WW WI Day....

I go to a Saturday 7:30am meeting. My typical routine consists of:

1. eating light Friday night and some times Thursday if the scale seems to
be stubborn that week.
2. getting up at my usual 6:15am, showering and making my breakfast. Most
weeks I make oatmeal with a banana, apple or pumpkin.
3. I'm out the door by 6:45 and stop at Dunkin Donuts and get a French
Vanilla coffee with 2 splenda & skim milk on my way to the meeting.
4. I wear the same basic outfit (light weight tee shirt and stretch pants),
no socks, no shoes for WI. In the summer, I switch to a pair of capris that
are roughly the same weight as my winter pants.
5. After WI, I enjoy my coffee and oatmeal before the meeting.
6. If I have lost that week, I stop at Kmart or Kohls (the only 2
"department stores" in town) on my way home from the meeting looking for
something on sale as a reward .
7. I start my points over with my breakfast on Saturdays. No "free" day for
me although I tend to use a chunk of flex points on Saturdays when we go out
to dinner.

Default How do you prep for WW WI Day....

From a marketing angle, it is a natural way to clean system. From my angle,
it's an herb tea that cleans out yer pipes and has found to be beneficial in
keeping healthy levels of bacteria in the intestines.

As I like to say, the scale only weighs what you put on it, so I try to
lighten myself up before weighing.

dangerous too. My fil took it in the 1990s and had severe stomach
cramps and other problems. It suprises me that it is still on the
market.

Default How do you prep for WW WI Day....

very similar.
-always wear same clothes except I always wear the same shoes, can't stand
the thought of my feet with no shoes where everyone else's feet with no
shoes have been... best friend's parents are both MD so have heard 1 too
many fungus foot stories.
-stop drinking liquid 4 hours before meeting time.
-try and get extra sleep the night before as the less sleep the less of a
loss.
-eat nothing 11 hours before meeting like a sleep cycle.
-take a snack for during the meeting with a cup of coffee.
-I try to not eat any flex points all week and then use them after WI as I
need the change up in points.
-pray.
-hope

Default How do you prep for WW WI Day....

I wore the same dress and flip flops to every meeting for 18 months until I
got to goal, the dress got bigger

Would eat lightly that day (evening meeting), stop drinking about 2 hours
before the meeting.

Now I wear similar clothes each month to my monthly weigh ins (light skirt
and blouse) and a pair of light slippers (they look like ballet shoes and
weigh about 50g).

I try to wear similar clothes, but I eat normally, that day. I weigh in
before my evening meal. I decided that making weigh-in day special
would be unrealistic and too late to make much difference. And I'm too
lazy!

I don't play games, I treat it as any other day. I go to morning meetings
and eve. meetings. It depends on the week.
