Ok.....
First week back wasnt so bad.
Good points:
Lost 5.5 pounds total, 1/2 inch in chest, 1 inch in waist, 1 inch in hips,
1/2 inch in arms.
Bad points:
No loss in thighs (my problem area) but hey, it's early in the game, no
problem

No cravings this week and stayed away from LC candy until yesterday. I
guess I just needed to visit the bathroom more but it didnt give me
cravings.
Only drank about 1/2 the water I should have this week, will work on that
starting now.
Took my supplements like a good girl.
Resisted Dairy Queen and tried the Hardee;s thickburger and the Subway Wrap.
(not in the same meal LOL) I'm so glad there are more fast food
alternatives now. This will really help keep my hubby on track too.
Exercised 2 X this week.....slow start (and the weather was nice, wish I
would have taken more time outside). But now the Christmas tree is put away
and the treadmill is back out so now it's time to hoof it.
Next Friday and Saturday will be hard, but I'm going to prepare myself now
for that.
Friday is a birthday night out for a friend, dinner then the casino, he's
turning 21. Dinner will be ok, it's just the drinks after....I hate
wine. Rum and diet coke probably.
Saturday, another party for a friend coming home for the week. More
alcohol. No food binging though, no matter what they serve. I think I'll
bring a meat and cheese platter...and hide it till I get snacky LOL Ok it's
all about being prepared...I think I just might make it through these 2
parties after all. I know how proud I felt after resisting DQ *my favorite
place in the world* last night, so I know I can feel good after next weekend
if I just stay on track.

Welcome back! I've noticed that different areas of my body seem to take
turns at shrinking.

Hi Luna,
Wanted to tell you that I tried your fresh spinach/cream cheese
concoction....it's terrific! I actually fried some bacon right before the
spinach and used some of the grease from that and then crumbled bacon into
it as well. I like it semi mush...not really mushy....mmmmmmm very good.
Thanks!

You're doing great, Pie. It's all about being prepared.
And you know what to expect this time around.
