I did weigh today, up 3 pounds. Not really bad, considering. Today was very sensible eating, and dinner was well under control, until daughter pulled out the rest of her cheesecake. UGH! I did indulge with another small slice, and refused to take any leftovers home with me. She did understand, said she has also had enough of the sweets to last her a lifetime. LOL! I indulged in some Kahlua Cheesecake this evening for dessert, but found I felt ill after eating it. I did well until the cheesecake came out. Had 1/4 of a chicken breast, 2 tbsp. mashed potatoes, lots of salad with gravy on it and about 10 prawns. Then along came the cheesecake...... I've decided that Cheesecake is evil ... purely evil!
