Hey guys!!

Since I posted about yesterday, I decided to post about today too!!

No exercise yet, I'm planning on a walk with Grace, my goal is 1h of
SOMETHING everyday.. or 2 times 30 minutes... you get my drift...

Food wise:

Breakfast
Steel cut oats with oranges, unsweetened apple sauce and a little milk. I
was out of fruits, and honestly.. mandarin oranges in oatmeal... not so
good.. oh well..
Coffee with WW smoothie

Snack
WW pretzel (at the center, was working this morning) 2 WPA
Non fat sugar free latee... at starbuck... eeewww

Lunch
Leftover chicken/veggies stuff (that was so f.. yummy)

Snack
Asian pear crisp (bought at costco... not bad... ) 1 WPA
Iced tea (diet stuff)

Dinner
Shrimp soup (yummy and really light)
Strawberries with honey (I had a big bowl of strawberries... ooofffaaahhh )

So I still have to walk.. which I will do soon... and to have my evening
snack.. but I've done well again today.. It's amazing what you can
accomplish when you stop whining and start moving your behind toward you
goals.. sheesh..

It sounds like you had a great weekend. I did too. I didn't walk but
the yard work made up for it.

I went to walk with the dog, and DH stayed home so we walked quite fast! for
60 minutes!!

I walk so much faster by myself. I can usually challenge myself to cut
minutes off my time. I know you are going to have a great week.
