that I hope not to pay! I am really jazzed about this week. I walked 2
miles this a.m. because I had an early dr. appt. but the rest of the
week I plan to walk three miles daily. I already have dinners planned
for the week:
today...chicken marinated in lime juice with watermelon salsa, a WW
recipe
Tuesday...homemade gazpacho
Wednesday...homemade smoked turkey and rice soup
Thursday...the WW recipe for chicken marsala
Friday...we are going out to dinner

This morning I stopped by a large new supermarket and picked up the Life
Saver 20 calorie popsicles and the WW chocolate ice cream bars in
addition to the 2 pt. Southwest chicken and a few more Lean Cuisines to
have on hand. I have lunch out today and Thursday but know I will use
one of the entrees on Wednesday because I don't eat lunch until 2 p.m.
that day.
The water is poured and I am ready to meet this week's challenges. I
hope everyone else has a great week too.

Awesome Audrey!

Keep this in mind though, you generally WI for the week before the one that
just finished. So the result of what you're doing this week might show next
week.

Keep up with it!! I'm back on track also.. kinda lost my "zen" in June, but
it's over!

Wow Audrey, it sounds like you have it all planned out. A recipe for
success I think! Please do let us know how it goes.

I'm really interested in this watermelon salsa recipe. I didn't get
it (we didn't have a meeting last week, due to holiday) If I can't
get a copy, could you post it here? I'm going to ask about it
Wednesday at our noon meeting, so maybe I'll get it then. I hope, I
hope.
