And I'll get it started.
NYNY - lost 2 pounds to 217 - must update my sigfile! It was 3 pounds earlier in the week, that's what I get for eating salty stuff the night before weigh-in. THTP - 4 times, didn't make my goal of 5. Too much stuff to do (no excuse), too wiped out. I feel like I got a lot of exercise in with the stuff I was doing (running around, errands, cleaning) but I have no idea how much time/effort was actually expended for those. NYNY- 159.2 (Down 1.2) That makes a total loss of 70.8 lbs so far YEAH!
