Numbers first:
NYNY: back to 184.5 THTP: 3 times met personal goal. Changing my goal for THTP to 4 times for the rest of the challenge. My coworker and I pulled off the major project at the last minute. (When I wrote up my performance evaluation goals in September, I rated this project on the lower end of importance because I knew that it would come down to the last two days. It did, but it got done!!) So now that I am not working an average of 10 hours a day (including Sat and Sun), I am going back on program. Lessons learned from not being home in December: 1. There are low points things at Burger King, but two months of eating out there has made me sick of Burger King. 2. It is possible to maintain on a horrible diet, no sleep and stressful work schedule. 3. I cook so much better than Burger King and the other fast food places I frequented. 4. Grease is disgusting. 5. Despite everyone teasing me when I mention it, I DO crave vegetables. In fact, on Saturday my first day off in a month, I made lunch consisting of mashed potatoes and green beans, onions and mushrooms. 6. I resent losing time to prepare for Christmas and having to sqeeze decorating and shopping into three days. Wait, that's not relevant to this group, is it. Happy Holidays, all! First of all, congratulations on both the weigh-in and the exercise!

Wait, that's not relevant to this group, is it. Yes it most certainly is relevant! I mean think about it - our emotional state plays a big part in our eating patterns. I think that stress and resentment could definitely have an impact, and recognizing that you're in that state should go a long way to preventing reactive eating.
