Default 2/2 weigh in

I had to pay I was .6 over my 2 pound limit from my goal so I am 2.6
over goal. It was worth the 11 dollars to go to meeting, be
reinvigorated and take out my journal again. I go through tracking
phases. When I am truly accountable I just keep track of everything in
a spiral notebook with comments, feelings etc. Today we talked about
tracking and why we stop doing it. The meeting was so crowded it was
practically standing room only.

Audrey I will go on Saturday just to see the crowd . I think I will be
free. Well, I know I will be free, but not at my personal goal either. I
need to journal more consistently.

Let's make this a challenge beginning today or Saturday. Just try to
journal for one week We both want to get below WW goals to personal
goals and the only way to do it is to be really diligent.
