Food & Exercise -- 5/31/2007
We got home from vacation today. It was a long drive. We have a new
GPS unit that we've been playing with -- telling it to take us on routes that avoid freeways. Sometimes that works better than others :-). Anyway, I pigged out once again today -- though less so than yesterday -- but now I'm back home and getting back on the wagon! Food: * 8:30 (B&B): 2 glasses orange juice; 1/2 cup fresh fruit; small omelet w/ cheese & veggies; 2 link sausages * 10:15 (driving): 1 1/2 anisette cookies * 12:30 (family-style restaurant): cup of split pea soup; 1/2 seafood melt sandwich (brought the rest home -- it was quite rich) * 3:45 (Friendly's restaurant take-out): peanut butter cup sundae * 9:45 (home): 4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese (left over from trip supplies); 1 glass wine Exercise: None -- drove all day Chris 262/130s/130s |
