Food & Exercise -- 6/1/2007
Back to my usual routine today -- morning gym, grocery shopping,
home. I'm trying to eat fairly moderately for a while here, after my vacation excesses. Food (all at home): * 7:45: oatmeal w/ flax seed & peanut butter * 1:30: 1/2 seafood melt sandwich (took it home from restaurant lunch yesterday) * 5:00: 4 whole grain crackers w/ ~1 oz. lean roast beef * 7:30: large salad w/ greens, veggies, ~3 oz. grilled salmon, f/f balsamic vinaigrette; 1 glass wine Exercise: * 10:15: Lifting: walking lunges w/ barbell; stiff-legged deadlifts; leg extensions; leg curls; calf extension; hip adductor; hip abductor * 11:00: 75-minute yoga class, focus on core and balancing Chris 262/130s/130s |
