Default Ugh, very bad weigh-in

Not a nice weigh-in this week. My evil is saying that I'm up 2 kilos,
4.4 lbs, from 2 weeks ago. It said I was up 1 kilo last week which I
found hard to believe because I'd been on program all week and
exercising. So, hopefully it's mostly water retention and maybe if I
drink heaps of water this week I might get a whoosh next week.

Sorry about the gain Erin. Hopefully it's just water and you will get rid
of it next week. Good luck.

I'm betting it's water rentention from the food at your conference. You'd
be amazed at how much salt restaurants put in their food! Lots of water and
continues exercise and you'll be fine I'm sure

Thanks Misty. I know where my problems lie though. Too much salt and
not enough water. I also think I'm spending a few too many of my
points on not so good food. I'm working on changing my snacks to
healthier items.

Thanks Brenda. I ate well and guzzled the water yesterday and the
scales say I'm down nearly a kilo this morning, so if that keeps up
I'll get my whoosh :-)
