Default LC and Blood pressure

HI, I have been checking my blood pressure in the machine at my local
supermarket since before I started LC. Since the first time it has
gone down 15 points in both numbers the numbers this afternoon where
120/71
275/263/200
6' tall
the machine has a label that says anything over 130/80 is high
Am I ok?

Yes. Considering physical excercize, time of day, and emotional stress
all affect blood pressure, the fact that you hit right in the normal
range while out and about instead of calm and relaxed on your couch says
to me that you're doing fine.

Yes you're ok, though I thought that anything over 140 is supposed to be
high. 130 is still in the safe range. I'm not sure what the danger zone
for the lower number is, but I know 80 is fine. Also, how big is your arm?
That makes a difference. If you have a large arm, you should be using a
large cuff, otherwise a small cuff on a big arm makes the reading higher and
it's inaccurate. The blood pressure machines in stores are for average size
arms. Check with your doctor. BTW, I've never had to tell a doctor to use
a large cuff on me, but I have had to tell nurses and assistants because
they don't seem to know this. Believe me, it makes a big difference.
