I'm not fully functional yet, and the first time I read the above I
thought you were talking about interchangeable parts on *people*. G

Take care,

Your clients must be happy about the menus, I guess you would be of great help
to them for doing low carb stuffs on the menu. Their chefs might be interested
in doing low carb dishes like Sue's Chocolate Omelette (which is something I'd
like to try but I'd like to first try it without cooking it myself).

Thanks Sunshyne for your support. I think no one really knows how to define a
society anyway - at least the economists don't know! (I do econ research for a
living so it's the only subject I can comment on really.) I just don't believe
that any one guy / gal should have all say about what is good and what is not.
I often dislike people who force their views on others because (1) I don't
believe in forcing one's views on others; (2) I can't be bothered to argue with
them as I get better things to do with my time; (3) I still have to listen to
them because otherwise I'd have been accused of being rude and I'll be rolling
my eyes too many times and my eye shadow would fall off and I'll have to put
some extra powder on again. G

I agree with that Ada Ma.
Still thinking on what I think a society is. My own view. How you explained it,
is a good start. Because I agree with it, it sets well with me.

I do have some desktop publishing skills already, from a previous school. I
make menus for resturants. Well.. only have a couple clients right now. Its
just extra side money. Interesting thing... The clients I do have, have asked
me to make new menus for them, adding in extra low carb food items. Graphic
Design covers alot of areas. My oldest son and I were discussing this. Art has
many forms.

contribute to the society.

I have no idea how one defines society anyway - isn't it the summation of all

individuals?
