HHH week 2 - Ray
add another 4 for me please.
Three cardio + weights and one weights no cardio. I never get to do the same routine two days running. been trying interval training this last week The theory is warm up 4 minutes at HR 120 4 minutes at HR 130 4 minutes at HR 120 etc cool down. except it doesn't work like that. For a start the HR is all over the place, and 4 minutes at 130 is fine the first time round, and maybe the second, but by the third time I'm thinking of putting the bike through the window, except I can't lift it. And 4 doesn't go into 30 so I have to do 2 extra minutes Also bought a weights bench last night. Bargain at £41, and brand new. Now all I've got to do is find out how to use it Ray -- rmnsuk overall - 273/203/182 swwc - 205/203/192 |
