I miss having some fruit with milk and a nice cereal.
Anyone know of a brand available? Check out King Soopers
here a few months ago and found nothing lower than 24 g's
for 3/4 cup. There must be somthing else available by now.
Thanks.

Cereal is not low carb.

Neither is milk or fruit.

The local Walgreen's has a nce Atkins/Low Carb section and they were
featuring three different Low Carb cereals on sale (manager's chooice
items).

I was going to ask what people thought of them, but I lost the slip of
paper I wrote the names on.

The boxes appeared to feature numbers like 6 g and 8 g as carb counts.

So, there is stuff out there.

The highest carb count was for a General Mills product.

What's wrong with the new low-carb Special "k" ??? It's only 9 net carbs +
milk of course (use Hood low-carb-only 3 carbs per cup)

I find the Atkins Crunchy Almond Crisp to be excellent, and it's 3 net carbs
per 2/3 cup serving.
