Yeah, sorry. Not really relevant to the group, except that I'd posted here
soliciting advice about finding a rolfer, and then that it has had an
effect that's related to my overall fitness goals - although not strictly
the low carb part.

A summary answer would be that it's a form of body work that seeks to
reintegrate the body to get it back into alignment and break up the
patterns that pull us out of alignment. It's got a reputation for being
painful.
