Default Food & Exercise -- 7/18/2007

I don't know if this is going to work, as I'm using Google Groups and
it doesn't seem to be working right. I haven't seen any new posts
today at all, and haven't seen my "Food & Exercise" from last night
yet. But anyway, here we are...

Today I did my usual morning gym session. Afterward DH and I went to
the winery and enjoyed a food basket and bottle of wine at one of the
picnic tables on the grounds -- very pleasant (though too many
calories to make it a regular event :-) ). Didn't do much interesting
the rest of the day.

Food:

* 6:45 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 10:45 (gym, between lifting & yoga): energy cookie
* 1:00 (winery): 2 glasses wine; a few chunks of bread w/ gouda and/or
salami; several whole grain crackers w/ artichoke & garlic spread; 1/2
a (single-serve) pack of mini chocolate chip cookies; 1 Twizzler (red
licorice) {There was a lot of food in this basket. We brought at
least half of it home.}
* 8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese & shredded gouda {Used some of the lunch leftover cheese.}

Exercise:

* 10:00: Lifting: snatch pulls; muscle clean w/ push press; sumo
deadlifts; overhead squats
* 11:00: 75-minute yoga class -- emphasis on side twists
